The title says "Recruiter Qualifications & Credentials" , but when I look at the messages, I don't see any recruiter qualifications and/or credentials.
So what qualfications and/or credentials should a recruiter have?
What education should they have?
Must they have a degree, and if so, in what?
What special training do they require?
Are there any certifications and/or designations for recruiters?
Are they licensed via the state Department of Professional Regulations just as other professionals (i.e. real estate agents - they are sales people)?
Are they required to take a written exam such as teachers do?
So what qualfications and/or credentials should a recruiter have?
Does anyone know? Why won't anyone talk about it?
