As Director of Recruiting you will manage the entire recruiting process from start to finish. You will conduct needs assessment, prepare recruitment advertising, screen and interview candidates, and ensure we hire the kind of employees who will flourish in VAULT.COM's unique environment.
Qualifications: You will need to have strong research and "poaching" skills and a talent for innovative sourcing and recruiting
methods. Excellent "schmoozing" skills, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Internet, and
a "can do" attitude required. Three (3) years minimum experience in new media recruiting and a "golden rolodex" highly desirable.
