I'd like some opinion I what salary is appropriate for my role. I work for a staffing service in the southeast. My position is an outside recruiter. I plan my own schedule and recruit from colleges and business schools, organizations, area employment offices, government employment resources (like welfare to work) among other sources, attend jobs fairs, etc. I also list job with my recruiting sources, list jobs on the internet, post flyers, and handle all types of advertising.
