Global Staffing piles up resumes. Then they call every company under the sun and claim they have to talent to provide staffing. Don't believe their bullshit.
Global Staffings motto is:
"There's no resume too big or small for us, just send it in and we'll do the rest (nothing)".
This accounts for why you get a mysterious call from these guys and don't know why. Later, you realize you made the mistake of sending your resume.
Some bubbly airhead named 'Heather', during her first week of the job, is cold-calling people to find talent. You can almost hear her squeezing pimples and painting her nails over the phone. Is it possible Heather works for about 1000 agencies because these junior recruiters all sound the same. Maybe it's the script they use!
