Hello,
I went through the CMK interviewing process. I did not get the offer. However I thought I'd share my experience.
I had an online assesment after which I had a behavioral interview. Typical tell me about a time questions were asked.
Finally, they flew me to Cincinnati and I had dinner with 4 other prospective recruits. One was an undergrad and the others including me had an MBA or were to graduate out of b-schools. We had four other senior/associate managers at the dinner. There was no formal interview that time and I was told that it was for knowing more about the role/company.
Before the panel interview, we had an opportunity to interact with new hires to know more about their role.
Then, I had the panel interview with one senior manager and a HR person (the other manager who was to be in the panel did not show up 'cos of an accident). Had a similar behavioral interview.
Finally I was taken for lunch by a CMK associate and we discussed about CMK/P&G/culture etc.
Unfortunately, I did not get the offer. I presume all the interactions at the dinner table and lunch were interviews to assess the fit eventhough they said it was not.

Everything you do is an interview. I'm surprised your placement office did not prep you on that. Always be ON! Even the new hires can help or hurt you!
