Hello all. Late November, I applied for an Assistant Brand Manager position for US Educated Filipinos after attending an information session hosted by P&G Philippines. Within the following two weeks, I was invited to take the written assessment test and was informed shortly thereafter that I was to continue to the next level of the application process (the interview). They asked I complete a Supplemental Data Sheet which would guide them through the interview??which I did. However, I haven??t heard anything back from them since then (which was the last week of December).
Does anyone know the average time it takes to go through the entire application process? From submitting the online application to where I am now (awaiting scheduling of the interview) it??s been about two months. I??ve contacted HR about the status of my scheduling process who told me she would check with Marketing to see where they??re at with my application. Also, from the e-mails I??ve been receiving from P&G, it seems a majority of my contacts are based in the Philippines--which would make communication between us a bit more complicated.
Any information/advice is welcomed. The opportunity to work for P&G abroad is one I am very excited about. It would be unfortunate to be so far in the application process and be stopped by a communications roadblock. Thanks all!
