In Reply To: Unless you roll in in bell-bottom jeans and a butterfly collar, go business casual, no one is ever hired because they are a snappy dresser. If you feel more comfortable in a suit, go for it, just be prepared to answer an off the cuff question about why you aren't wearing business casual, I know I would ask you that.
Message: Dressing up according to the dress policies of PwC shows that you can dress and be part of the team. Dressing up in business suits/ties after being told that the dress policy is business casual only shows that you do not follow directions. At PwC, we always try to dress the part. We research future clients and find out their dress codes so that we don't appear all stuck up but a part of their culture. Sticking up like a sore thumb isn't exactly pleasing.......
