they can bill you at. Salaries overlap. At one time they were trying to get rid of the both and only have one manager. But like everything else...doesn't sound like progress has been made.
If you get brought in as sr., I would bet $20 it's because the partner wants to move you up quicker and/or he thinks you can bring in some major cash for him through your billable rate and/or bd work.

i am interviewing with the IT advisory team and my primary role with my existing employer is BD & program management - so it seems to fit in.
any ideas on ballpark salaries?
