Can someone describe teh culture within teh Healthcare group (ie competitive vs collegiate)
Also info on salary ranges for an experienced manager
I understand that the targeted projects are more strategy oriented rather than implementation - is this true? |

Went back and looked at it.
Chicago - experienced manager I would guesstimate base at around $140.
Culture is both collegiate and competitive. It depends on who your partner is. They really set the tone for how the group works with each other. That's one thing about this place that isn't specific to Health care. Partner's in a siloed way, determine the culture and the culture isn't this rah rah crap you read about because then that would signify unity across the different business parts and pieces. Since the incentive for a partner is to steal business from his brethren (i.e. Advisory steals from Audit and vice versa), you'll hardly see lots of kumba ya going on.
