In Reply To: I can't believe that my greatest concern would be my dress at the two-day office interview. I received a letter from the firm regarding business casual dress on both days. That said, I would not want for any of the other interviewees to show up with a full-blown suit, leaving me to wonder about having underdressed. I am a very conservative guy when it comes to clothing, having always worn a suit to any professional engagement I ever attended. No one more than you guys can really give me direction about this. Although I enjoy wearing suits and would feel funny not wearing one on the most important days of my life, I do not want to come across as one who defies directions. Would no tie and a jacket be okay? Thank you so much for your help and advice. P.S. Wearing a tie and no jacket is not an option for me.
Message: I interviewed with PWC and was surprised to see that everybody including the practice leader was dressed casual. Coming from another BIG4 firm I was surprised to see this. Since you got a letter about Business casual, I would go for it.
