How many times have you ever presented to a Fortune 500 audit commitee or board?
How much time do you get with your company's CFO?

I'm not trying to have a pissing contest; I've spent a good amount of time getting public company exposure with boards, controllers, and i have pretty regular meetings with my current company's cfo.
I respect auditing but just have my own opinion of it. Several of my friends became auditors, and i have made friends with auditors who have worked alongside me auditing the companies i have worked for. I know auditing from stories told over beers after work as well as extensive meetings with auditors from the junior level to partner.
So thats to answer 'how would you know?'
