I have one scheduled for March 16th and 17th for the Performance Improvement superday, as they call it for the actual "second round interview"
I was just wondering if anyone has been to it (There was one on March 8th). What would I be expecting to get, and what percentage of the candidates will get an offer, thanks! |

I just went to one of the superdays. There is an HR presentation 2 short interviews, and panel discussion and office tour and lunch with a few associates. People come on different schedules so yours may be a little different but it will include everything at some point. I have no idea what the hiring percentage is but they did emphasize that not everyone would get an offer and that the internships are very very competitive and basically said not to get your hopes up.
