In Reply To: ok great.. it sounded like a panel of 3 guys interviewing you or something. if you interviewed at the la office, were either of the two interviews technical at all?
Message: nothing technical at all... i interviewed with a sr. mgr. and a partner at the san jose office. they seemed more interested in my personality and the way I interacted with them. I figure if you were able to get past the first round, the company is not concerned with your technical skills. On paper most candidates look the same (decent GPA, school activities, etc.) It is in the office interview that you can distinguish yourself from the other candidates. Show them you have more to offer than just good grades. I guess they want to see if you can handle the pressure of interviewing with a senior level manager or partner and that you will represent the company properly if hired.
