i'm interviewing for IAS in the LA office. on the schedule for 2nd round interviews, there are two 30 minute interviews and then a "panel discussion." anyone know what this is and what i can do to prepare for it? Thanks. |

During my "panel discussion", there were about 10 "first-year" and "experienced" associates. Basically each told a little about themself and then the floor was open for questions. A really easy going Q and A session with staff that were relatively new to the company.
To prepare all you need are a few peer to peer questions? How do like the firm? Why PwC over the other Big 4? What are the hour REALLY like? What do you do for fun on the weekends here? They pretty much answered any question asked.
