I was recently offered an internship with the Boston office. Should I expect any help with relocation expenses? Do any of the Big 4s ever help with living expenses?

They will help you find a short term rental. They will also give you the names of other interns willing to split the cost. Given the pay, Big 4 internships are pretty lucrative. Other industries allow you to work for free just for "the experience".
To offset the cost many interns work near friends and family.
