hi,
I do not know much about TS but can help a little bit.
Corp. Fin group of big 4(KPMG and Deloitte has them) is a broker-dealer and basically small I-bank which targets at small or mid size deals. As I konw, TS helps I-bank or others with DD type works but not not make a deal by themselves. |

Thanks. Any info about salary in TS group? Is it basically the same as tax/audit?
