In Reply To: Thanks again. No I am not a corporate attorney but do know about the due dilligance areana. So is TS different than corporate finance? For example I know that KPMG has a Corporate Finance division (http://www.kpmgcorporatefinance.com/us/index.cfm) Which is really just an ibank. I know that EY and I think some of the other big 4 have similar departments. Do you know anything about corporate or mabey structured finance groups? As far as salary/hours/exit opps/etc?? But from what I understand TS is a differnt group? Curious about you travel and hours?? Especially at the entry level...for salary is about 55K for a new grad about right? Mabey 10-15K bonus sound about right? I guess compared to audit guys who get about 50K and 2-3k bouns?? thanks again, i really appreciate your detailed posts.
Message: hi, I do not know much about TS but can help a little bit. Corp. Fin group of big 4(KPMG and Deloitte has them) is a broker-dealer and basically small I-bank which targets at small or mid size deals. As I konw, TS helps I-bank or others with DD type works but not not make a deal by themselves.
