anybody know how the hiring situation is for tax ppl at san jose. things dont look too good for me. i think i am a second batch interviewee because i turned in my resume 2 weeks ago so they must have picked all the good ones already. im a 3.3 gpa with 2 yrs exp at target store and 4-5 yrs admin assistant for mortgage broker. i dunno how i got picked but im glad i did.
anybody have any advice? or know any questions that they ask. im expecting leadership, communication, behavioral type questions |

Thats pretty much it. They might ask you to explain some stuff on your resume, what you did, what you learned, how you've handled it.
One question that I was asked a few times was name an instance where you were in an group situation and things werent going well, how did you deal with the situation and how did it turn out.
My answer was, "This may be hard to belive, but I have never come accross that situation, every group ive been in has always worked well pretty much without any hitches."
