How many of those 3-5 year audit or tax associates are already looking to get out of public and into private? NYC requires two years of service in public to be certified as a CPA...looking at quality of life and growth potential, why would those of you still in public not want to dip your toe into such candidate dominant market? |

I'm a senior and....
leave as senior = get a job in the back office in private.
leave as manager = get a front office job with some real earning potential.
FYI.... being an accountant sucks.
