Thank you for your honesty. I come from a company outside of the Big 4 and I am didn't know what to expect. I'm in Advisory, so I will heed your advice and try to talk to my coach. Meanwhile, I think I'm keeping my resume out there, though. . .

I also came from outside of his glass house world. It's quite a shock to the system, isn't it?
Regarding keeping your resume out there...the PWC recruiters troll the usual places so just be careful. Again, it could be that working here has made me a paranoid being but with what I've seen occur - I'm thinking not...
If you have a relationship with a recruiter (non-pwc wise) you can work that angle. Also, just in case you or someone else reading this didn't know...I would guess that 75%+ of jobs are through contacts. Get yourself hooked up to some local chapter of a professional association.
I didn't get to PWC or any of my other positions through the traditional means (i.e. Monster, Hotjobs). They've all been through either one-off recruiters or people I hang with at these professional get togethers.
