Which are the best offices in E.Coast/Midwest region?
Or is it benefecial to join the same office where you were interviewed and know other Directors and Sr Managers?

Your best bet is to get into the office where you feel comfortable with the people. If it was who you interviewed with, that's the group. You'll soon find out that promotion and other items are based upon who likes you and very little else.
