Message: thank you both for the advice. i'm not trying to invite people to my own little pity party here and i sincerely appreciate the constructive feedback. i certainly agree that are constructive nuggets of feedback wedged into the brutally negative and pessimistic feedback which ignores everything i am accomplishing. i am always trying to continuously improve my performance and skills especially in the areas that one would consider "development priorities". I'm going to give this a try and see what happens as I have nothing to lose at this point. I wouldn't be the least surprised if I speak with some of the partners and my concerns are validated. I've heard through the grapevine that my boss isn't wildly popular, however, boss does have a couple of high ranking supporters in leadership. I still may end up leaving because I heard that anyone with "insufficient" grades in their feedback form cannot be put into the partner candidate development process and such an evaluation is essentially the death knell from ever being put into the PCD/partner pipeline. If this is in fact the case and I will check with HR, I'm not going to waste any more time here. Thanks again!
