I know for a fact we have recruited expereinced people and it has sometimes taken weeks to get an offer out. Various reasons for the delay, from not getting partner signoff, compensation issues to HR just not on the ball. IF you want the job, follow up with a call to HR or the people with whom you interviewed, if HR is not resonsive. |

I would say that you should get in touch with the recruiter - doesn't hurt to follow up and remind them that you still exist. Good luck!
