Topic Name: How should I do this?
Message Name: background check form

In Reply To: I will be starting employment in PwC this fall. In college I worked at our admissions department for 2 yrs but moved around frequently. Therefore, even though I worked in a single department - I had several different supervisors. So on my background check form, should I list all of my supervisors or just one who knows I worked in the department for the whole 2 years?
Message: A background check form and references check are two different things. For a background check form I would list 2-3 of the supervisors you worked most closely with, ones that can verify your character. In addition for the background check I would include people that have known you and your work ethic from various points in life. BUT if this is for a reference form I would list 2-3 of the highest ranking supervisors you worked for.
