If you know where to look, there exists a wonderful "corporate culture" in WFP and there ARE truly superlative people left (seniors, managers and senior managers), and where those people are, the "corporate culture" could not be better. Unfortunately, these pockets of excellence are now way underground and not part of the mainstream WFP practice. That's why I left. The best part of my experience (the sense of community and helping each other out) at PwC was being marginalized and the people who made it great were either forced to leave or told they'd never get anywhere and sent to the fringes of the practice. |

Did you leave WFP and into another practice? Or, did you leave all together?
I'd like to join PwC, but been told that I can only go to WFP, and potentially transfer a few years later. Is this possible?
