I have Masters in non-Accounting discipline, dealing with government and econ from Top 25 Grad school. Have spent the last 6 years working in and consulting for federal government with major consulting firms. Recently have been taking accounting courses to meet educational requirements for CPA. Want to move into Big 4 after complete the coursework. Can I expect any interest from Big 4 after attain CPA? If so, what level and function can I expect? What salary?
