Does not having an MBA or an advanced degree have an effect on you moving up in the firm? I'm currently in Advisory LOS and curious to know if not having those 3 letters at the end of you name prevent or prolong you from being promoted to Director or even a Manager? Or is your promotion path strictly based on your performance, reviews, etc?
