What group within PwC would give me the most exposure to valuation modeling techniques such as DCF, and similar analysis? I understand that PwC's advisory groups perform a different function than do investment banks, but is there any group that does similar valuation/analysis on a day to day basis?

PwC Corporate Finance is PwC's investment banking arm, but very small.
Transaction services does asset valuation and financial due diligence. However, its nothing like investment banking. If you are trying to build an IB skillset you won't.
