I am moving to Chicago this summer as a fall '06 new hire and was wondering if anyone knows what the Wells Fargo Mortgage Program entails. I am possibly thinking about trying to get a condo. Has anyone tried this and is it a better deal than just finding a mortgage on your own? Any input would be greatly appreciated. |

I believe you have to be an active employee to use the program. They rebate you some of the fees - $500 I think and the application process is done over the phone and is pretty painless
