Hi Roberta,
Here is the deal, biotech companies and all the scientist running them are reall pain in the behinds. Just because they have suffered, they want to make us suffer. finding a good job straight out of grad school is impossible by their standards. They force you to do a post doc and endure a couple of more years of slavery!

you are so right. After postdoctoral experience you will be overqualified and there would be very few jobs. Best bet do MSc only
