I have 2 years experience in health care policy (working on Capitol Hill but in a supportive function) and an additional 2 years working for a trade association in legislative affairs. The latter was not health policy related however.
I have an MBA (not from a Top 10). I understand the legislative and rulemaking process very well.
But with only 2 years related experience do I even have a chance at coming in at the mid-level? As a Manager?
What about coming in on a contract basis and eventually being hired full-time?
