I recently received an offer from this firm whose new name is Xcenda.
They do consulting to the pharma industry, about half management consulting and half outcomes research/health economics.
I will just be starting in this industry and want to choose my first company wisely.
I don't know much else about them. Does anyone know anything about this company, specifically:
-what is their reputation in the pharma consulting industry?
-what is the culture like?
-how are the opportunities for advancement?

I don't know anything about their culture/pay/etc, but they are a vendor my company uses, and they do an excellent job. We have used them for a couple pharmacoeconomic studies.
