I was wondering could somebody explain how medical device sales comission works?. I am new to the industry and consider entering this role.
I belive comission is usually 25% of your salary right?.
Also, can somebody tell me what percentage of sales target would someone typically have to achieve before getting comission?.
Basically, can someone explain the maths of how comission works.
I would really appreciate this.
