Magazine wants to know: Are you frustrated by delayed promotion?

I am working on a story for a major national magazine about young employees being held back from promotion by older workers (boomers!) who aren't retiring. Do you feel like you can't move ahead as fast as you'd hoped because all the plum positions are held by older workers who aren't going anywhere anytime soon? Are you frustrated?
