Hi-
I'm a journalist at the public radio program Marketplace, and am looking for some expertise from people whose job is to manage customer communications in the pharmaceutical industry.
These days, companies, elected officials and the media are beseiged with hundreds, maybe thousands of emails, faxes, letters and phone calls. But are these opinions authentic?
Former Senator Lloyd Bentsen coined the term "astroturf" to describe organized campaigns designed to look like grass-roots efforts.
