I am a relatively new Pharma Placement Director and was wondering what are the best methods to reach Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives? I have no problem with cold calling candidates although I worry about calling at work for fear that the candidate 1) doesn't have the time to talk and 2) and potentially the candidate could lose their present position by talking on the phone on company time to me. If there was a website that one could go to to submit their resume in confidence and to search positions would that be of assistance? Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
