Is it me or are i-banks doing a really poor job recruiting individuals with disabilities? It seems that JPM is the most active and I know that companies probably discriminate against someone who showed up to an interview in a chair, but as far as networking and getting a foot in the door there are no hardcore programs like SEO or INROADS to help out.
