The more I hear about PRTM, the more I like it (the culture, the challenge, the clients/projects, etc). However, I'm not sure if it is too late.
The reason I'm late (if any explanation is necessary) is because I took an offer last year from a decent boutique firm focused on "Strategy Execution"... I ended up being on the technology side and while its interesting, it isnt necessarily what I want to do.
That said, any advice, insight and if at all possible a conversation about how to approach this transition.
