Message: I left Celerant (including the old CMC) on my own. I was in a very senior role, and am much happier now. There are some good things and some bad things to this company. The good: they wine and dine you like no tomorrow, good training, good IT support (a rare thing). The bad: sorry to say, but true...because this company is originally British, they heavily favor Brits, and the senior management team looks down on the American talent. To counter this, they brought in Dwight G. to head american ops, but he is just a figurehead. The promotions are still made by the good ol' boy Brittish network. Mark Womack (ex-CapG)who was recently asked to leave tried his hardest to straddle the fence, to no avail....although he did practice the mind games bit which is so unprofessional, so noone misses him, too bad he needed to do that he had talent. Anyway, the pay is fair but much lower than the Big 5, the hours are very long, and almost always in nowhere land, usually, on an oil platform in the gulf or Alaska....don't jump unless you really know what your in for.
