Hi Board - I currently own and operate a career service company (resume development, interviewing, training, etc...) I want to add staffing/recruiting/consulting services to my business. I believe it would be a great asset and benefit to match those clients I have with great opptys within companies on a project-by-project basis. Not to mention, I would love to consult on specific needs within the field that I service.
Not too sure on how to get that part of the business going? How do you market to companies in a sea of millions of other consulting firms? Any resources that I can go to for developing a consulting firm?
Any ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
