I know a CIBER St Louis recruiter who left for Bradford & Galt.
Also, they fired a very good Tech Lead after her assignment at the client site got over.
So, take this info for whatever its worth.

One thing to keep in mind about CIBER is the number of company acquisitions they perform. They regularly buy smaller consulting firms and roll them into the bigger company. So, there seems to be fairly regular reorgnizations, etc.
I am speaking from experience. I used to work for a small firm that was acquired by CIBER.
