...move into management? How can I utilize proficiency in MS Project (project scheduling)to get into top management? How does one get into top management w/o an MBA? |

There are two standard paths to move up the ladder, formal education and/or experience. Of course there is also luck and ass kissing but I'll I assume the former paths are the options you would like to pursue. You also have to position ourself in a company that presents the opportunities to move up. If you're in a position where someone has to die before a promotion occurs, you need to get out. Unfortunately, the fact that you had to ask the question might indicate you don't have the initiative to be in "top management."
