as far as marketshare goes, ACN is largest, but you need to add IBM to the mix as well. Since they aquired PWC, they are now the largest consultancy in the world, surpassing Accenture.
In terms of Prestige (not including the stricly management consultancies, McKinsey, etc.) Accenture is far and away the leader of the "Big 5", however consultancy/ analyst groups like Gartner Group, etc. are well respected and generally hire very sharp people.
One considertion though.. these companies typically aren't viewed by the clients as delivery people, but moreso knowledge experts (this not necessarily a bad thing depending on the type of environment you want and the skills your looking to build).
