Message: Hi, I am relatively new to project management though I have played this role for the last 4 years as a consultant. Presently I am being evaluated for a fulltime Project Manager position. To better prepare myself, I have the following list of questions, Your suggestions will be very helpful. 1. what are the various popular methods to estimate project costs particularly for technology/internet projects 2. How does PMs normally track and handle project cost 3. What will be the level of participation of PM(Project Manager) in any proposal development. Generally what's the nature of the PMs involvement. 4. What would be your answer when you are asked the question 'Why do you believe you should be selected?" 5. What are the perceived strongest traits of a PM(Project Manager) Your suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks,
