I'm a recently laid off senior CRM business analyst from a consulting firm and was wondering whether to stay in consulting which is tanking right now or go back to the corp. life, which I find to be a last resort, but I have to pay the bills.. Any advice/insight would be helpful and appreciated. |

My two bits,
Either track is fraught with challenge. Consulting is no different from Corp. right now. Everyone is trying to save money. The usual high rate for consultants isn?t found as often. On the other side, the Corp job market is extremely slow.
You should stick with what makes you happy. Remember, if you aren?t happy in the career path you choose, your work will slip. And once on that slippery slope...
