I am a graduate in the lucky position of having been offered positions as analyst with both Pwc Consulting and Accenture. Am interseted in the technology competency. Starting salaries are identical, difficult to assess merits of training in both firms.
Has anyone got any advice? Thanks in advance. |

Accenture pays overtime. So the Salary offerings are not identical. Accenture also works their newbies much harder. It all depends on what kind of consulting you are going into. I had two offers from ACN and KCIN, took KCIN's offer because of the better pay, better title, and from what I hear from all my friends at ACN, it is not a fun place to work. I am a senior consultant now, and might think of going over to ACN when I am at a manager level. Good luck.
