Being investigated by SEC |

AMS is currently being investigated by the SEC for a variety of violations. Anyone els see the similarities between many AMS managers and the people who are in trouble at Enron? If you read up on the Enron situation, the parallels are striking. In general, both companies' management have the same arrogant, condescending attitudes, show favoritism, and exhibit a complete lack of honesty. AMS managers continue to cheat clients out of money (by not completing projects on time), and have the nerve to blame others when the truth comes out about their own incompetence (just like at Enron.) The performance review process is done the same way at AMS as it was once done at Enron. If a manager liked you, you got a good review, even if you were a bad performer. If not, you'd get a bad review, even if you were a good performer. Hopefully, we'll see some AMS management in front of Congressional committees sometime soon.
