I am currently an IT consultant with a good degree from a top UK business school. I graduated 6mts ago and have been an IT consultant since. I took on the role because i wanted to learn technology with a view to getting into a business-oriented role but with a btter understanding of technology . Now, I am concerned that it would be hard for me to make this transition, as the more "technical" I become, the more those skills will always be valued over my business acumen. I am contemplating re-applying for graduate places next year with management consultancies. Would I be selling myself short or is this the right approach?
