In Reply To: I want to put together a simple questionnaire for my clients to rate our consultants as they roll out of a project or assignment. What questions should I be asking?
Message: You need to determine what information you seek from the client, and whether it is appropriate to ask. You also need to keep it confidential from other consulants and client FTEs. And I think it would be most important that you ask the consultant's permission to submit the questionnaire, and to whom. After that, you must show the questionnaire to the consultant, so s/he can correct any statements. Having done all that, do you really want to open this can of worms?
