I want to put together a simple questionnaire for my clients to rate our consultants as they roll out of a project or assignment. What questions should I be asking? |

Experienced people know what to ask. Why aren't you approaching the more experienced people at your bork to get this information?
I think your desire to put together a questionnare to rate your consultants will go over about as big as a questionnare to IT talent asking them to rate crooters.
